Hey. Just for giggles, I'm posting my story trying to install the ES rear leaf kit in a 2005 FX4 L2.

I had trouble with the four #2615 which go in the forward eye of the leafs. The ES bushing is undersized for my particular leaf,

#2516 measures 1.632 to 1.641 inch OD.
Spring eyelet measures 1.73 up to 1.747 (see 2 photos).

those may be intended to use with stock bushing casing....typically people drill/burn the guts out.

see how they fit up to those

parts store should be able to get oem bushings.
 
Yeah, I put a set in my explorer spring that didn't require the on bushing tube, but most of them do,like the set for my front axle
