I have a 2003 B4000, I want to run my truck down the 1/4 mile but the damn thing only gets up to 140 km/h when the electronic governor kicks in and stops it from picking up any more speed, just wondering if any one can tell me if i can just unplug the governor (if so where is it located?) or do I have to get it programed

The limiter is inside the computer. You will have to have it changed with an outside source. I don't know if the dealer will do this or not.:)shady

try the flashpaq super chip, its a reprogrammer that allows you to disengage the limiter

Unplug your VSS from your trans/tcase, you will not have an odometer, but you will be able to run down the track. It may throw an engine code/check engine light, but it should go out when you plug it back up...
