I have a 93 2.3l. A buddy gave me an electric fan out of a tempo or sable mabey? I want to try it on on my ranger. Ive never converted from a clutch fan to a electric fan before. I need a temp switch for on and off. Does any one know where i can get one? Brand name or junk yard off another vehical? I found one in msc industrial supply but im not sure if its for 110v or 12v. Is a electric fan on other vehicals controled by its own switch or the computer? Do i need a type of relay for the fan? What size fues and where is the best location in the circut? How many mpg will i gain?

Go to pepboys, summit or napa and they sell a kit for that with everthing you will need..

Cumon guys. Any one can get a kit and install it. I cant belive I am the only one who has wanted to try doing this. When I did a 8.8 explorer axle swap. I didnt go to a custom axle shop and buy one ready to bolt in. I went to the bone yard. Got one and made it work. Some one has to know.
