EGR connector

Hey guys, I'm replacing the EGR valve and tube and need to find a replacement EGR connector which ties the EGR tube to the manifold. It looks like a nipple with a male compression fitting on once side and is straight threaded on the other. None of the parts places seem to be able to find one for me. Any suggestions?

FYI This is on a 1998 Ranger 2.5L standard.

I tried finding these parts in stores but they do not carry them exactly like this other than junkyards. Both ends are flared IIRC, but the good news is Ford used the same size nuts on most 2.3 and 2.5 engines...so if you find anything between 88 and 2000 it will (should) fit.

If you are thinking of using a copper fitting...I would not advise it...although the manifold end is not as hot as the exhaust pipe end it is probably too hot for copper.

Thanks Mark, I did find a similar part online with both ends flared but it was copper. I think you're right it would be too hot. I have the connector out of my engine, but it's siezed up with the nut on the end of the EGR line. I'm thinking about cutting the nut off, maybe that will work. I have it soaking in PB right now.
