well I'm just wanting something to take care of the rust on my fenders on my b2.. i want to cut them and buy some flares to make it look decent, but i'm not wanting to spend alot of money on it.. any ideas?

If you want it to stay factory you will need a replacement weld in patch panel. You can get a wheel well section. If you either don't mind a large wheel opening or wanted to fit some bigger tires then I say go for the cut and add flares. A roll of 1.75in flare is like $62 and 3in is around $70.
