So i got pulled in for an inspection, and the cop told me he can pull my plates off my truck for not having a e-brake warning light. Push the e-brake on and no light, so im guessing thats for the low brake fluid warning as well. Is there a sensor or switch(found the e-brake switch little turd at car quest gave me wrong one) that i should look into. The light on dash does work when i start the truck. Any help would be great. Thanks.

If you push on the e-brake do your daytime running lights go out? If they do then the switch is working.

No they haven't worked since I bought the truck over 5 years ago. The brake fluid warning light did work last fall but dont know now. Maybe I should buy the sensor and the switch and be done with it.

Ya I think this cop was out to proove a point and try and get me on anything. I just want to have this all perfect then go for another tour so he can stick it up his a.. This safety blits sucks but at least play fair and grab the ones that don't need to be on the road.
