I am want to know if any one has bought auto parts from e bay. I am looking for a slave cylinder for a 86 ranger just wonder if the parts a reliable

Yea I have never have heard of some of the parts on there they say new but how good is there new

Pretty sure in have a brand new slave I'll sell cheap. If interested, pm me

I have bought a lot of new parts on Ebay and never had any issues. Stuff for my bikes and cars and trucks. I bought brake pads, rotors, shifters, clutch kits, fuel pumps. I bought a few used parts and never had any issues. I always check the feed back of the seller first. I bought my Rnagers overhead console used on Ebay from a guy and it was as if new from an Exploder that was very well kept. all the wires were as new and ready to install.

Id reccomend rockauto. Prices are usually the same and quality usually better

I always use rockauto for parts. Better prices, and far better customer service and warranty.

I'll always recommend them. They've helped me out immensely.

Yep they are definitely good on warranties. They also stock high quality parts for a little more coin, usually the same price though as a local parts stores' cheap Chinese part. Eg: I got moog balljoints from them for $40 each whereas O'Reilly's master pro was $43 IIRC.

I use autozone for the parts. Almost all have lifetime warranties and I have had no issues when I return them for replacement after use. Did get a bad slave and a master but was able to return and get new same day. No waiting and hoping for replacement from wherever.

Prices pretty much the same as ebay I think.

Keep in mind I'm from Canada, so rockauto, even with shipping, is a lot cheaper than local part stores. Does take two weeks to get things though.

But I dont mind. They won me as a customer for life when I bought a control arm and ball joint, the baggy with the nut and bolt was missing, they sent a whole new ball joint and let me keep the other one.
