Check your local Audio store....(Don't know if you guys have Media Markt there or not) They should sell the adapter harnesses and stuff....Looking at around 30-40 Euros for it depending on the name brand of the head unit...Otherwise, it is fairly easy to swap out..
If the dash is the same (not sure) you have a 1.8 DIN opening. You would need to trim it slightly and get a mounting kit for it. One of my threads has full instructions, (summer project you may want to watch) also has the part number for the mounting kit
