Let's see Paul Allen's Ranger.
Stumbled across this today:

Would make for a nice hood... vented, and not metal.

Anyone have one? Like? Dislike?

I bet I could make that fit.

It would be neat until your engine bay fills full of snow/melted snow and freezes...

2011 gets parked in the garage in September/October and comes back out in May 👍

Nobody eh?

So I'm going to be the first.

So be it. 🙂

Shipping from California...

Likely as much as the hood itself.

It's a neat hood. I however, made my own. Steel hood, Boss 429 hood scoop semi-functional, and carbon fiber Mustang heat vents. The two small scoops on the front are directly over the very large stainless steel mesh air filter. There are 25 1.5 inch holes in the hood under the scoop. The intake manifold, which is metal, barely gets warm, depending on ambient temperature. When it is really could out, like 20's or less, I plug up the scoop with a piece of foam. The vents are not over anything that matters. SO no need to plug them.

Rims, btw, are Cragar Mag Master made in 1974. 7.0 front, 8.5 rear. Couldn't get replacement center caps, so found some chrome "Knock-off" spinners online. Rims were found in a barn in Texas on a clapped out 74 Chevelle convertible. Took me one week each to get all the corrosion off them and make them usable.

BTW, the hot air vents work very well. One winter, 2022 I think, it was sittin out in the snow for a week. When it warmed up, I dusted it all off, but left the snow in the vents. Took it for a drive. When I hit around 50 mph, all ten of those snow plugs exited the vents and smacked into the window, without ever touching the hood. Also, the spoiler on the bed, the snow on the bed cover slid back, leapt up about six inches and dove overboard. It was neat to see.
