Saw this the other day at Maverick, thought you fools would like it

It was 2wd, had a 7.5 rear axle, looked like just an adapter on the rear hub, and on the front hubs also... The dually bubbles were fiberglass..

No it is a kit, I know JC-Whitney has it.

Why would Ford put duals on a Ranger, if you couldn't even get them on a F-150 or F-250?

utillity boxes for 1. I know JC whitney sells that kit but there were several from ford that way, complete with 28 spline 8.8 with 4.10's. it was also done for a motorhome chasis for certain years.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha......
:bsflag:

Ford never made a factory dually Ranger.

I like it, I think it looks good. It would look better if the wheels were cleaner/nicer.

ok ....... whatever ............ old enough to remember seeing Ranger dually chasis cabs on a dealership. our P.U.D. had 1 with a utility box maybe they were a corprate order but they existed

The chassis cab trucks may have been factory for campers and utility trucks, but they didn't come with a bed like the one shown.

My 1985 brochure has no mention of it, and even has a picture of a 2wd Ranger with a utility box on it with single rear wheels.

It also gets fuzzy as to if Ford put the duals on or the company that made the box/camper did.

yep and 2wd wranglers never existed until the JK either ................

haha

yeah jc whitney sells the things for s-10s rangers toyotas ect i cant see where it would be useful unless you wanted dual BOGGERS lol ;missingteeth;
