Hey All
I have a drop in bedliner, and I'm looking for suggestions for repairing a hole in it.
At the front of the box, it sits slightly about the bed. Somehow a semi-circular hole, about an inch in diameter, got punched through the plastic. When it rains, any water pools in the front of the box, and sits right on this hole, and directly on one spot of the box.
Any ideas on how I could patch this up? I want to avoid buying another bed liner if possible.
Thanks

get 2 fender washers that will cover the hole. use the permatex black adhesive/sealant and use the sealant to attach a washer to each side of the hole. make sure you cover each of the washers completely with the permatex. let it cure completely. should hold fairly well and not leak for quite some time if you're careful around it.
my 1st choice would be to get rid of the liner and have the bed professionally bed lined with one of the popular products. good luck.

umm lets see... GORILLA TAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shit works wonders, way better than regular duct tape and its uv resistant, very strong just clean off the plastic good and make sure its pressed down firmly

Yea, that Gorilla tape is junk. I had a tear in my pool liner and used that to cover it (was above water line on a shitty liner so didn't care). The second it got wet it peeled right off the vinyl. Regular old duct tape did the job though.
