right now for about 7 grand more you could buy a brand new one with the same options since ford employee pricing is going on.

Damn nice but not 21k nice

Nice, but not that nice, where can you find that matting for the floorboards? That's exactly what I want to put in my ranger!

I'd whack the Auto Zone hood scoops. Like the wheels though, they work with the grey trim.

No you cant, thats a level 2... e.g. 31 spline axles, alcoas, etc....

The 'new' FX4 is nothing but a trim package....

Well....thay can keep it. For just a bit more price I can buy a brand new 2010 4x4 v6 Tocoma crewcab. I just looked at a new one last night at our local dealer ship with the wife. It was a stunner!!!! It is going for $22,600.......and I don't have to do a thing to it. It sits higher then that POS with those tiny 31 inch tires........I would have to lift that Ranger right away (sits too low for me) and buy new tires and better rims and then regear and take off the crap hood scoops.....lol

problem with that is then you'd own a toyota tacoma

21K haha what a joke, you can find level II's with less mileage for 12-15K

21k is rediculus for a 4 year old truck with 62k on it. It is a nice looking truck tho. definitely would love to have the wheels and tires for my 97.

looks like the dash has not changed any since 97 either except the steering wheel and cluster. I wonder if I could retrofit that cluster into my ranger... that looks sweet.

AJ

I need to find a level II in a yard so I can steal the all black dash and stick it in my truck *sigh*

Yea, but we drove three different brand new 4x4 2010 Rangers this week and two 2010 4x4 V6 Tacoma's and I would take the Tacoma over any of the Rangers we drove. So much more power and what a ride it was. It handled far better then the Rangers and I really expected more from Ford. I don't need a log bed pickup. The Tacoma is all that I need. That Tacoma V6 has some real power. It sits so much higher for a stock ride. Easy to add a small lift and larger tires.
I am keeping my Ranger but we are buying a new SUV next month. I just need to make up my mind which one. My wife loves her 03 Corolla and that has low milage so it is a keeper with us.
