eh...im no mechanic, still learning but i talked to a good family friend that is a very good mechanic, was saying that it could be that...

ive heard quite a bit..

Injectors...then someone saying the chances of them ALL opening and closing at the same time is like winning the lottery

Fuel Pump...then what you said

Fuel Filter...then someone saying it wouldnt make that much of a difference

so idk....but sorry to thread jack

testing to see if its the wires and plugs is easy...get a spray bottle with water, and spray it on the plug sections of the wire and see if it sputters while running. only takes a minute and at least then you can rule out something as the culprit in the situation
