hey guys im goin for my drivers test tomrrow at 230 im really excited but im kinda gettin nervious any ideas how to chilll out and anything i should watch out for on the test?

Honestly just stay relaxed during it man, its all common sense and as long as you are comfortable driving whatever you take your test in you wont have any problems.

Make sure you look over your shoulder when your turning into a turning lane, I got docked for not doing that, lol
but yeah, just drive, it's not that bad

Who gives it--high school Driver's Ed teacher or state employee?

Our driver's ed teacher gave ours when I was a kid. He failed me the first time--as he failed most of the boys. He passed us all the second attempt--it was obviously a planned thing. If it's a state employee you will probably pass if you don't get a case of nerves.

just stay calm and take it slow and easy , i failed my first because i....well it was only a month after i got my permit ( had been driving at my aunts since i was 12 ) , and i failed number 2 because i did a rolling stop right at the end , remember to always stop completely.

Remember to watch for pedestrains when aproaching cross walks. I got docked for a lady who stepped on the cross walk right as I rolled over it. That guy was a douche and he's not there anymore. Still passed my first time though.

Not sure where you are at but I had to do a visual inspection before I even got into the car. Look for leaks, flats or damage. Then get in, buckle up, adjust mirrors and make sure radio is off. No cell phone on either! Good luck and be safe!

Just remember, when you pull up to a red light, honk your horn, look over, nod your head, flip the guy off, and rev your engine. Don't forget the flipping off part, very important. lol.

be calm, do what 94twodoor said, also turn off the stereo, don't fool with any of the heating controls while driving, turn off your cell, text, before the test begins, if weather is foul (snowy, foggy, etc) turn on your headlights after starting the vehicle.
ALWAYS fasten your sealtbelt BEFORE turning the vehicle on.

tell that to kids in NY , the purposely fail you the first time , because they feel that no matter how long you have been driving with your permit , you do not have enough experience the first time , and it takes almost a month to get another appointment. Everyone in my graduating class got it after their second try , except me , it took me 3.
