I have nothing against NY or PA cops. When I did long-haul trucking, it was the Ohio, Illionios, and Cali cops I worried about.

In that note, is there a state That DOES NOT have a town named Springfield in it?

tell that to kids in NY , the purposely fail you the first time , because they feel that no matter how long you have been driving with your permit , you do not have enough experience the first time , and it takes almost a month to get another appointment. Everyone in my graduating class got it after their second try , except me , it took me 3.

I'm in NY, and I passed my first time! although my girlfriend on the otherhand........3 times....... AND SHE STILL NEEDS TO LEARN TO DRIVE IN THE SNOW!!!!!
