when I turn the headlights on the driver front running/turn light doesn't come on. when I turn the blinkers on it works just fine as well as when I turn the hazards on. everything else works just fine rear blinkers fender lights taillights everything but that one light.

Is it a dual filament bulb with the running light filament burned out?
I just put brand new bulbs in it but I will check it out and see.

It is a dual filament bulb. So if the running lights are not working and the turn signals are then you have a problem with the brown wire.
