Drawing of Torsion Bars adjustment

First off, welcome to the site.

Second, dont waste your money on aftermarket torsion keys, you can adjust the stock set up to get about 2" of lift. Any more than that and it will be hard to align and the angles on the CV shafts will be too great.

Heres the write up from the tech library for doing this!

You will need to take it in to have it aligned after doing the tbar crank as the toe and camber will be out.

Good luck.

thanks I know the tech library ,

But I just want cat this part on the laser for me and my frends in Poland. I need the drawing from truxxx adjustment or DXF file.

Mika,

You don't need to cut anything. This part will NOT do a thing for you.

What you need to do is to follow the directions in the Tech Library. Your stock keys will have PLENTY of adjustment on them.

So you want a dimensioned drawing so you can produce your own torsion keys? That's not going to be free. That kind of work takes time and dimensioned drawings like that usually do not end up in the customer's hands. If you want to do your own, then either take the adjuster off your own truck, measure it, model it, create the print, then have them made or buy one. You'll have to figure out how much you want to re-index the hex hole on your own, either through careful observation of your own truck or guess and test.

The thing that you aren't understanding here is that those keys are worthless. It isn't wise to crank the front end more than 2 inches without really putting strain on things like cv joints, tie rods, and ball joints, and it'll really make for a harsh ride. The stock keys "usually" have more than enough adjustment left in them to achieve the desired amount of lift without having to buy re-indexed keys. It is a very rare case when someone finds that they don't have enough adjustment left in there stock keys on a truck that hasn't alread been cranked.

Agreed, you're just asking for balljoint and axle (CV) problems by cranking it beyond what you can get with the stock keys.
