draglites on a 4x4 ?

Hi guys... been while for me on here. I just picked up my latest a 95 splash 4x4. My question is regarding weld wheels on 4x4's or more so why isn't there anyone running them ? Internet searches show no pics of a 4x4 with prostars or draglites my question to the forum is why ? You can order them in any offset you want which is nice if you want 15x8 wheels tucked nicely in your wheel wells. A lot of these companies don't give you any choice on the offset for wheels you buy and they end up sticking out everywhere. Is there a specific reason I'm not aware of that a weld draglite or prostar won't work on a 95 4x4 ?. Just amazed to see NONE on my searches ... anybody ?

draglite is a straight line race wheel. no good for off road.

How about a 15x10 mt wheel with a 3.5 backspace would that stick out too from without flares ? 95 4x4 ranger

This trucks long gone but one of the last threads was the wheels cracking, scary to think what could've happend http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45595 . Stock offset is 4.5 on a 7" rim, youre looking at around 2.5" of poke.
