I have a 94 Mazda B3000 and I have the single piston brake calipers. I read the tech article but didn’t say anything about changing anything. What do I need to changed for the upgrade in the front end?

Swap 95-97 steering knuckles, calipers, rotors, and pads in place of you 94 parts. They bolt right in, the rest of the suspension is the same.

If you make your own caliper brackets you can add Sport Trac rotors to that equation.

Steering stops are different.

Ideally you swap beams too but some have made their own stops. Older has the stops on the knuckle, newer has stops on the beam so with the newer knuckle on the older beam you have none.

I believe that's a 4x4 only issue. Not sure what the OP has.

It will stop turning eventually.

Could have sworn that his profile said 2wd when I posted on my PC, but not seeing it now on my phone

It looks like one in his picture.

Honestly I didn't know there was a difference.

Having looked at both beams, it looks the 4x4 issue could be fixed with a welder and some nut/bolts. Assuming one was concerned enough to fix it. The 4.0 in with high range doesn't have enough torque to break anything from a stop in my experience. I can go to steering bind then back about 15* of the wheel and move fine. That's a seriously sharp turn for a 20ft long truck. (That's bumper to bumper, not wheelbase...)
