Dorman Camshaft Synchronizer

I have a 2004 Ranger that is making the "squeak". I bought a dorman camshaft synchronizer. After reading, I now realize it may not be the best quality compared to the motorcraft. My questions are

-What are the problems people have had when using the dorman?
-Generally speaking, because I have it, is it going to be ok to use or should I expect problems?

I always use factory parts for my own stuff... that being said, I use whatever my customers want and I've used some dorman stuff. They've been in business a long time and often the warranty is better than the factory parts. Waaaay better than the vatozone or o'reillys house brand for example, so you may be OK.

Is the machining on the Dorman ok? Durability?
