I moved this over to the interior forums... it wasn't really an introduction.
I don't have a link for a video... but the the door seal rubber is a pretty straight forward process. Remove the interior trim around the rubber... remove the rubber. The A-pillar trim is tricky... once you get the upper door trim off... you just grab the A-pillar trim and pull it straight away from the A-pillar. It will sound like you're breaking it... but chances are you aren't. It's held in place with some metal clips.
