Yes you can, I think Ford changed the mirror style and mounts in 2006, so you would want a later door model, so 2007 to 2011
Regular cab or super cab used the same drivers door, even 4 door models

Is a good place to look for used parts
"Door front" is what you want(it will ask what side in next window)
Skip "areas"
Use your Zipcode
Search
New window will popup, you can pick the side and years you want to look at
There are usually pictures so maybe you can find a color match, click on the picture to see all the pictures of that one vehicle
