can you replace just the arm rest on the door panel of my 91? my girlfriend ripped mine off.. what all is needed to replace them if you can?

You can buy them new on Ebay. I just bought a new set for my Buddy's son's 98 Ranger fir his birthday. His got that slightly warped look from this Florida heat. I paid $75 with shipping for the pair. You have to take off the door panel. Takes me about 6-8 min to get one off. You just got to be careful when you do it. I have a door panel puller (flat blade tool made for the panels). You can use a screw driver but just be careful with a screw driver.

Does your year truck have the arm rest molded in? My year has a replaceable one that attaches from inside the door panel. I searched Ebay and found several door panels in great shape. Several different colors. Search Ford Ranger door panel 1991 and you will see a bunch of them come up. Hope this helps you out.

yeah mine is bolted to the door panel from the back side..

I'd look for a new girlfriend...sounds like she has issues...lol...

You may be able to find them in the junkyard...I haven't found one for my 88 and had to replace it with one from a Suzuki Sidekick (mostly because I had a Zuki and took one off when I scraped it)...works great, but I need to replace the panel now...

hahah she didnt mean to i guess it just happened.. but the local salvage yard does not have any

same happened on my passenger side, very common on the second gens I lucked out and found a pair of XLT door panels with perfect arm rests that I haven't put on yet...

Since we are on the subject of door panels... I hate the second gen door panels. Has anyone every swapped 3rd gen door panels on to a second gen door?
