I've heard a couple times that you should have your truck in 4wd mode while on payment? Something about the wheels not all turning at the same speed or something? Can someone explain this, and is it for all 4wd trucks?
doesnt all depend if you have a locker or if it is a open diff?
all the same for 4lo and 4 hi?
thats why manual hubs are the way to go over the auto's. you can use 4 low in 2wd mode then for backing a trailer or other low-speed events where 1st or rev isnt low enough ground speed in 2H. i just wish i could split shift from L to H when my trailr is fully loaded. have to pull out onto the road, stop, get into 2H and then get going again.
yes.
So why doesn't posi-trac (true positrac)bind up and get all shot to shyt?
