Hey guys, been lurking on the forums for a while and looking for some tips when I go to install my lift kit. My friend installed one on his a year or so ago and is going to help me. I want to know if there is anything I should look for when doing this? Any quirks on my year that I need to know about? I've got the kit, drive shaft, u bolts for the FX4 and the speed calibrator. Anything I need to know about installing the drive shaft? Is it pretty straight forward? Any good ideas about placement of the Superlift speedometer calibrator? Anything else you guys can tell me that would make this go smoothly for me and my friend I will appreciate it. I will post some pictures up of the process when we finish. Thanks.

Sounds fun, I enjoy working on my truck. I'm just hesitant to buy this lift kit because of the lift brackets. I've read of plenty of people cracking them doing ruff off roading. There's a sticky at top of 4x4 forum about it.
