im putting a body lift on my 1989 ford ranger and while im putting it on i am looking to replace the body mounts/bushings while i have the body off. and so far the closest thing i can find is body mounts for a bronco II which i assume would still work for my rig although i am not sure. you can find it here at this address:
http://www.dufftuff.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=6394&CartID=1

but i also want to know if there is anywhere else i can find body mounts like these for my truck. the cheaper better.
thanks

okay well i got the body lift and the body mounts in the mail (i found the mounts at 4wheelparts.com by a company called daystar)
i am going to put it all on next weekend i think with my grandpa. is there anything i need to know? any problems i may run into or anything i will have to alter so that it will be driveable after i get it on? ie:brake lines, anything in the engine, etc
thanks again

When you lift the body be careful of a few things. Make sure you dont rip any grounds off. You might have to extend a few. Watch the starter solenoid on the fender. Dont rip it off.

if your '89 is any thing like my '83, the front body mounts will be a bear to get out, unless you live in the desert southwest. lots of rust and they freeze up tight. don't be afarid to just drill them out and just get little larger grade 8 bolts to replace them.
