I have these engine mounts already installed
Are they 3.0 liter?
would they fit a 3.5 V6 ecoboost?

I'm not sure about the mounts.
But if you're going to remove the heater box anyway.... there have been a couple people looking for those recently. I would try not to destroy it... might be worth a few bucks.

very similar to my 2000, but it has 2 studs per mount.
