Does this injector look bad?

Hey guys,

While pulling the heads off my truck I decided to remove the injectors to have them cleaned and flow tested tomorrow. While removing them I noticed that there was one injector that looked a bit different. It seemed to have white "crystals" that formed on it. I snapped a picture, maybe you can tell me what I'm seeing here?

This cylinder also happened to be running a bit lean as well.

Thanks for the help

It would be running lean since one of the four spray 'nozzles' is clogged. One other is becoming clogged. It looks a lot like carbon deposits but I don't know for sure.

leaking intake valve maybe? or maybe a junkyard injector a previous owner popped in there?
