Honestly, benefits of CBD and THC are only barely starting to be explored. Another barely explored thing that I’ve started hearing about is microdosing “shrooms” to treat some things. With a lot of that stuff being illegal for so long, research really wasn’t done. There’s also different results for different people.
I managed to find some CBD that helped me. The first I found was a strain called Cherry Blossom and in the bud form, it worked great to deal with pain and inflammation from a bad hip for me. My one friend said it didn’t help her at all. Another friend said it was amazing. A different strain, Sour Apple, worked for all of us. The problem with the bud form is that it looks and smells like weed, so there’s still a big negative image attached to that when people don’t realize there’s differences. The vape pens are a little more discreet, but they don’t always seem as effective as the bud form. Learned individuals are calling what happens when consuming it in “natural” form the “entourage effect” and don’t seem to have a complete explanation other than something magical happens that can’t be reproduced completely when it gets turned into things that can be vaped or drank or whatever. But that’s not to say other forms can’t help, Sour Space Candy CBD in a vape form has worked for me for concussion issues. Results may vary. Some stuff I’ve had hasn’t done anything for me. May work for others and there’s no real good information on what’s what yet.
