Djm beams

Here are some pics of the beams. Like I said they have some surface rust, and some of the paint is flaking off. I also modified where the pinch bolt is in order to use a larger bolt and still be able to get a socket on it. It doesn't sacrifice strength, it just makes it easier to get a big socket on the pinch bolt.

Also you might notice a metal sleeve inside one of the pivot bushings is missing. I have no idea what happened and you're on your own there. Go to your local metal yard and get a small piece of tubing or something and it should work. Or have a machine shop make one.

I would sell them and get the right set for your truck. You have them altered by a machine shop or someone would know how to weld, but the ride is going to be rough. If you get rid of them do not buy the djm dream beams they bend real easy and are not worth the money.

kbell- I don't know what your experience was with them, but I had these DJM beams for 3 years on my truck and I drove it like a ferrari and never had a problem.

That is a total BS lie that chassis tech made up and put in there old advertisements. If you ever plan on juicing or bagging a truck on Beams DJM is the only way to go. Chassis tech and belltech beams are wayyyy over priced and cause more issues than there worth when trying to get low.

Djm has the Belltech's beat.


Both do the job, but DJM is definitely NOT anything close to crappy quality.
