Been thinking about my steering I will be making. What do you all think about having a bend in the passenger beam to keep the linkage parallel to the ground?

Like this: (the red one)

I'm wondering if the bend will cause it to try to flip higher or lower at times.....but then.....I doesn't know about 4WD stuff....

Cause I don't NEED to. The D35 is plenty for me. She already flexes like a whore. Plus parts are easy to come by. If I can just get my steering straightened out, I'd be set.

it was after he got all the bugs worked out, but he went to a super runner pretty soon after.

you want all your linkages to be straight.....

any bends will just end up, well, bending more....

Well I was thinking I want to replicate my current setup, but move the pivot point equal with the axle pivot point. And the curve in it seems to work out.

Um no. Just thought it may interest someone. I know you don't see them everyday.

So I am looking to order stuff real soon. Going to be getting 3/4 heims left and right hand threaded, weld in bungs, misalignment spacers all around, and 3 safety washers(one for each knuckle and one for the pitman arm). Does that sound about right?
