The dimensions particular to the 1998–2012 Ford Ranger 4–door "crew cab" sold outside North America, which was called "double cab" in Central and South America, might be of interest as they are not easy to find. It was necessary to piece some info together, and I would appreciate any corrections. The 2010–2012 facelift by Ford of Argentina, was not shared with US/Canadian Rangers and was extensive. This facelift changed some dimensions and was also sold in Mexico. According to archived versions, Ford of Mexico showed it on its website into early 2013 before replacing it with the international Ranger later that year.

Wheelbase, all years: 3198 mm (125.9 in), shared with US SuperCab; an Argentine owner's manual for 2010 gives 3192 mm, but this is only a 6 mm (~ 1/4 inch) difference. Equipment differences probably account for it. As a rule, the double cab was sold in place of the SuperCab in other markets.

Length: 4917 mm (193.6 in) through 2009; 5204 mm (204.9 in) for 2010–2012; Mexico specs for 2012 give 5154 mm (202.9 in), but a difference in bumpers or equipment could explain this 2–inch difference

Total width: 1785 mm (70.3 in) through 2009; 1825 mm (71.9 in) for 2010–2012

Box inside length: 1467 mm (57.8 in) through 2009; evidently 1524 mm (60.0 in) for 2010–2012
Box inside width: 1321 mm (52.0 in) through 2009; 1381 mm (54.4 in) for 2010–2012, but only for double–cab box, not for other boxes

Standard engines were a 2.3–liter four and a 3.0–liter diesel V-6 in later years, depending on market. The Mexican website showed only the 2.3 available in 2012.

All of this might seem trivial, but this kind of info only gets harder to find with time. Hope it helps someone.
