Difference in sill plate length?

I need to replace the sill plate in my '08 ext. cab passenger side and I was wondering if there is a difference in length between the std. and ext. sill plates because I see listings for only the std. cab?

The difference comes from the suicide doors on the ex-cab. The standard cab probably comes right up to the B-pillar trim.

I went to a local JY and got a used one out of a '98 std cab since mine is a two door ext cab and it bolted right in.
