difference in new vs old shackles?

So my '97 ranger Needed the shackles and hangers replaced..... Shocking I know. But I sent it down to a local garage to have them do it BC they needed to be torched off and the front hanger was too close to the gas tank for my liking. As I digress, my ranger now looks Ike it sits higher than what stock trucks normally do, parts were ordered from nappa and seem to be installed at the same hieght. Anyone have some insight on this

your truck was prob sagging and you are now noticing the huge difference it made installing new parts

My guess is you had a torn hangar. That would drop your truck quiiiteee a bit. Trust me I know.
