I have a 94 ranger 3.0 I just recently bought when purchased it had a really bad miss so I did my plugs, wires, distributer cap and rotor
Well the miss fire is still there it's not nearly as bad as it was and it seems to only be there when idling because there are no dead spots or jumpy acceleration please help me

Change the oil and drive it for a week. If it had a dead miss from the ignition the cylinder might have been gas-washed which can hurt compression. If it isn't severe fixing the ignition problem and changing the oil can let the metal clean up and pick up compression again.

I think I figured it out I was playing around with it today am unplugged my maf sensor and there was no change while running?
