i have a 1995 ranger with a 4.0, 4x4 i shut it off next day woudnt start for me replaced relays checked fuses ,changed coil ,and also fuel pump,still no spark,fuel pump runs constantly,it won't shut off . theres fuel pressure at rail, real newbie here consider I might have passed over something easy. consider it a puzzle, ,,,like a crossword... who can tell me right?

I have had this same scenero at work a couple years ago, try disconnecting the DPFE sensor . I have had two that were shorted internally causing the PCM to lose its reference voltage and would not start. This caused what you were describing with no spark and constant fuel pump running.
