definate street truck

As a student, I have NO money. but I NEED paint really bad. Its all set up now. I got about 6 local graffiti artists who are going to tag and spray my truck at no cost all I do is buy the spray for them. Its gonna be so dirty. What do you think? Good idea, or a good way to get pulled over every night?

if you NEED paint what about giving that dupli color paintshop a try? its only 20 a quart.. thats CHEAP

i think getting somew graffity artist to tag your truck would be sick i always thought of getting that done to like a 85 bronco fullsize or something would look sweet but im just not to sure about how the cops would be with that like where i live the city is having a BIG taggin problem its everywhere and im not talk like u kno the BIG cool pictures it the stupid little 5 letter words everywhere. but i would get the graffity artist to draw something new up then do it.

just fyi for ya you well most likely get pulled over ( it wood like cool) but the PD may thank your a thug or you pissed some one off.. lol but i just di my ranger with that dupli color paintshop and it can out likeing like a pro did it ( i have never shot a car in my life fist time) i got the paint at the auto part's store the total cost was $85.00 to do it and i did it in my back yard lol with a $20.00 spray gun $20.00 for paint, $10.00 on sand paper 320and 600 grit and $30.00 on clear cost the primer was cheap.... just FYI for ya GL on it........... and ya it's your truck u do what you want me i thank taging it wood look cool it wood be differnt and wood stand out in the crowd..........

I know im worried about the cop issue the 4 that live on my street already know me by name. As for the thug thing...lol you'd understand if you saw me. Im a 200 lb white kid who listens to hardcore metal music...lol. But yeah the 4 artists that are for sure showed me the shit they did around the city already they are really good. I dont want them to do a butch job on it...hahaha i can do that myself if i wanted.

I'd be more worried about a "real" gangster seeing it somewhere and thinking it's fair game for a tagging and getting your original tags "redone" without your consent....

thats a good point. i had sprayed my truck with krylon rust tough. it looked decent, but i wanted to have flames free handed on it. that trucks taken a trip to the scrap yard though

Im not sure I would totally be pissed though if a "real" gangsta tagged it again. Its not like they could cover up ALL the good art with stupid gang tags or whaever. It'd be like a constantly evolving piece of art? Or am I talking out my ass? I already started the fix everything and black primer stage of it. Just waiting to replace the bed and then something is going on it.

I just live in the sticks so I am not quite in the know on such things but it seems to me if gang #1 tagged your truck and you drove to the wrong part of town and some other gang (gang #2) saw it they could ruin your day thinking you were part of gang #1.

I would just get a case or two of spray paint and paint it all one color, or maybe a stock looking two tone if the first color came out good.
