Will the Deer Hoof -15"- wheels fit my 2003 Mazda B-3000 4X4-??- I would like to get away from the 16" tires

check your front brakes. about 2003/2004 the front 4x4 rotors went from 11.25" to 12". most factory 15" wheels will not fit the 12" system.
