Decisions Decisions!!

Hey guys, I need some opinions,

I have a chance to buy a Alpine PDX 1000.0 (for $400.00) a $1000.00 amp and a PDX 150.2 (for $200.00) a $500.00 amp. At the moment i really don't need these but it's a good deal, so i'm asking what do you guys think of these amps.

Currently i'm running
Alpine's MRD M1005 & MRV F545 (Truck)
&
Alpine's MRD M500 & MRV F345 (VW)

Conclusion
Not really sure what to do, i really don't want a 2 channel amp but Since the Set up is so small, it would tuck very nicely in my truck!!! (i'm currently running 6 speakers in my truck 4 off the amp and 2 off the deck, i'm picky about style... so i really like to keep pairs or matching amps, subs etc)...

what do you guys think!!!! let the deal go or take it!!! and has anybody had any experience with these amps???

ture but with shipping to CANADA it's a pretty good deal, i went into Visions yesturday and the price of the PDX m1000.1 is $1200.00... I'll check ebay again though.... Thanks!!!
