seems like an aweful lot of work moving hangers/shackles and getting the springs rearched if you already have a set of deavers. you're not going to see a huge increase in travel numbers by throwing in 2 chevy 64 springs. just valve your shocks and use the deavers (assuming you have remote resi or bypass shocks). if you dont have those shocks, then you might want to look into upgrading so you can tune your ride.

Coincidentally, he can gain a lot of travel by doing the 63 leaf swap, if done correctly, as there are two ways to do it...But I was more leaning towards his driving and wheeling styles as he might not need to do the 63 swap if he doesn't really need that much articulation...Depends on how and where you wheel at...

im curious, how much more travel will he gain?

I did the 63" Chebby swap on my Ranger, re-arched and shackle flip with a Belltech shackle. I'll let the pics do the talking.

That's with shocks limiting downtravel.

keep in mind the OP was made in the Prerunner Section... your pictures say a lot, but they dont say anything about building a custom leaf spring pack for a fast moving desert vehicle..

There is a lot to gain...Again, the limiting factor is shocks in most setups, but not this one. I have seen it flex way more, just can't find the pics. Look at the black ranger
