Clock and display OK? Most likely your 0022FBCAC is bad inside the radio.
Thats the 10V regulator for the tuning system in the 5 pin TO220 package under the retainer spring on the left side.
That number translates to a TL751M10 which may be hard to get. A more readily avavilable replacement is the NTE1968. You'll only connect the three center pins not using the ENable pin. (The last pin is NC).
If the NTE1968 is not available, the NTE 932 can be used but be sure to use the rubber insulator between the tab and chassis ground.
Use solder wick and be careful and you won't have to buy a new radio.
The NTEs are about $4. Good luck.
