How easy would it be to swap a dash from a 95+ ranger into a 94 ranger

i asked this before because i like the option of the white faces gauges and the 120mph cluster. but i was told that it would be a huge PITA to do because the HVAC is different behind the dash, and the wiring is different, and im not sure it would bolt right up
well i know its different but how different could it be.

off the top of my head, the hvac is different, and the speedometer in the 95 is electric and the the 94 had a cable, id say go for it because if it works, i wanna do it
