Dash lights or flickering oil guage

So, apart form my bumper, another issue I am having is my oil guage flickers sometimes when I am driving, it has oil, but the gauege will show nothing, then full, then nothing, then flicker back and forth...a little distrubing.

The other issue is half the lights on the instrument cluster have gone out. Just can't see speed in the dark.

Which one do you figure would be easier to tackle over the weekend? I have seen how to do the lights, but not done it myself. And the oil flicker seems to be a popular subject. Anyone fix either of these and could estimate the amount of time I would be spending?

check the plugs behind the dash, I had problems with my connectors being loose. If thats the problem then take a needle or a T-pin and bend the little connectors inside the plug to make a better connection.
