I have noted the temp gauge is up there quite a bit like it is telling of its last spot before it was turned off so I'm going to have to check as to why, if it is, getting that hot.

Because I can.

Also took her out for a drive and did 55mph with no issue, vibrations, etc...since it being 4wd again. Also at 55mph my engine is running at 2500rpm...no wonder I only do 8mpg. Definitely need to do different gears in the axles but not until I do the bolt on efi which I've been researching and the one from fast fuel is the best one for the money.

Why does it look like the top of your tires are tilted in???

or is that just the way the picture came out??

Picture does that but also I think the driverside unit bearing is going out, I haven't put a new one on it since I got the axle and did the swap almost 4 years ago. Also going to be doing ball joints on it too.

I really need to get the front brakes done before winter.

Going to be going to place this weekend (charity event on private property) to take the truck on a shake down, then may hit the mud bog that is there. Going th be a bunch of other trucks there too.

Nice! Finally getting to try her out huh?

My buddy says he would pay for the gas. I figure see what it can do without throwing a rod through the block or breaking something. There will be plenty of videos and pictures.

Sweet!!! Lookin forward to seeing them!

Had a blast but didn't get as many videos as I wanted. Truck did perfect and had no issues with her.

Got there and parked next to this. A Bronco with a 400 that had a B2 body swap.

The engine will get cleaned back to the way it was.

Almost done cleaning the under body.

Looking real good! Now the real fun starts, washing her all up!!

I've done must the under body, just need to do the rear suspension, the body and the.engine. Hunting season for deer is coming and so is winter so this was the only play I am going to be doing this year.

Heading to a local off-road park the 25th with Ben Parker, it will be out first time going there. I'm getting my truck prepped for it so far I have the flag and it mount on the truck along with just finishing up welding a skid plate to the bumper to protect the lower radiator from getting as easily damaged.

Have to get the oil changed, try and find a cheap spare in my size and a rim, get my cb mounted and wired up and a couple other things and I should be set.

So for $150 and already pulled, got me an explorer 8.8 l/s with 3.73s

Going to also upgrade to the 3 inch flange and get rid of the 1310-1330 ujoint when I go to install it.

Ooo nice! I've been thinking about doin this to my truck too. Don't some come with 4.10's?

Yup sure do. But because I have 3.73s already, decided to stay with them. Going to either rebuild the clutch pack or shim it to last another year.
