Dana 44 Ford 9' sas 1999 ranger need help

I agree with them 9 inch is to much lift, I would go no more than a 4-6 inch lift if I could afford to do it on my own rig. FWIW

on the mazda that my buddy an i are building hes running 35s and we built 6" into the lift the truck has a 3" body lift and the 35s still rub on the bedsides..

well i might have to cut but i can also get 6 inch coils if i have to. also im going to start this project like the end of the month cause thats when the breaks will be here. also i was looking to do a long arm custum... :headbang:

all this bs about using the search button and what not is kinda demeaning of this forum! ask questions, be specific and some of us will try to help ya out.

the best thing i can say is to make sure your tracbar mount is solid and sturdy. make sure you plate the shit out of the frame where you mount your steering box and be sure to make a new crossmember under the engine near the coil buckets.

good luck!

100% agreed i dont know why people always say just search isnt the point of this place that we can ask the question and get an answer? like ive been searching for hedders for my f 150 and cant find them and ive been trying to find a way to run the brake line up the radius arm instead of extended lines but cant find it just by searching
