I just got some at Lowes of the correct diameter. Should be available almost anywhere.

I bought mine at Home Depot, but any place selling high-end (or custom) Dana44 axles & u-joints would likely have them also (though most likely at a much higher cost). You need ones to fit 1.188" bearing caps.
