has anyone had any problems with snappin axles in the dana 35 or 7.5 with 3512.5s on them?

i am running 35X14.5 R15's on 15x10 Steel wheels, and i have had no problem....and i am not too gentle on the poor girl either!

manual hub conversion, and have blown through wheel bearings twice. then again that is something i can live with (and am getting good at replacing! :D)

i did, however take the advice of this article in the tech section.

i was running the 8.8 ranger rear and just swapped to an explorer 8.8, so i cannot comment on the 7.5

ok thanks. i have 35x12.5's on 15x10 rims that im puttin under my truck, but i wasnt sure if i should start looking for my 1tons now, because these would break right away

for the 35 get some 760's and mod the shafts for full cirle clips and you should be fine as long as you arent beating the hell out of it

as for the 7.5 it wont last long...go 8.8 and dont look back
