Dana 35 ttb track width.

I have a 1990 bronco ii with a factory Dana 35. It came from a junkyard, passenger side beam had been cut with a torch at one point. I swapped in a Explorer beam and knuckle on the passenger side. Didn't touch the driver side. Now the passenger side tire sticks out almost 2". It aligned fine, drives fine, four wheel drive works.

I didn't notice at first due to the core support being smashed, changed the front clip to a 1986. Is there a difference in the Bronco ii dana 35 width?

AFAIK there is no difference between any d35 TTB axle width. Check that the body didn't get shifted in the accident.

Had a body man come look at it, he said it would have to be a bent frame. All of the body lines do line up. Next step take wheel off and measure the knuckles. So odd.
 
Well, I could see the whole body being shifted on the frame in a collision. An 1/4" at the box to cab could be 1" at the grill. Never mind if the core support and inner fenders were mounted slightly off. Run some string lines parallel to the frame and then measure from the string to the body. Should give you a rough idea about shifted body. Also measure from string to frame at different points to see if the frame is bowed.

The Bronco II rear axle is ~1-5/8 inches wider than the Ranger 7.5 inch axle. All the additional width is in the passenger side.

Wouldn't it follow that the Bronco II TTB would also be ~1-5/8 inches wider than the Ranger; again all on the passenger side? (I'm surfing for a Bronco II brochure on web, but not look real hard to confirm front track matched rear).

Your truck isn't straight :( ; all TTB have same size arms...

No, there's no difference between any of the D35 TTB axle widths (to include the D28/35 hybrid axle too).

D35-equipped trucks thru '92 indeed were up to 3 whole inches wider front track width than rear track (after '92 there still remained a 1" difference).

Reason for the differences in the rear axles is the Ranger requires the differential be offset 1.5" for fuel tank clearance.
