Damper Torque Specs?

Hey Folks,

I'm changing the tranny fluid and figure I'll do the T-case while I'm at it. '94 4.0 4x4, ext. cab and 5spd.

Anyone know the torque spec for that vibration damper on the back of the T-case (4 bolts on the corners, needs to come off to drain)? Or do I just snug it back on?

Tight enough so it doesn't fall off.

35ft/lb or so.

Great - thanks again.

And to thank me for the fresh tranny and t-case fluid, my truck decided to allow my 1st/2nd shift rail return spring to pop loose again. So my shifter now actually returns to center of its own accord (instead of flopping around between 1/2 and 3/4). I love this truck
