I just put in 4 in skyjacker class II drop brackets in my 1991 Ranger...
Im going to be making my own radius arms, but i do have a question. What angle do my beams need to sit at? Meaing if my truck is level on jackstands and I have my beams supported at ride height should the bolts for the radius arms on the beams be directly ontop of one another (completly vertical) or should the beam be twisted for positive or negitive caster?
I am going to be running Coil Overs and new shock towers, so im trying to get 18-20" of travel, with this much droop will i have a problem with my U- Joint angle thats on the pumpkin side of my front driveshaft? If so can this be corrected by giving the beams in the front more negative caster, or will this cause handling issues?
Im planning on making a double swinger setup for steering to make good use of the travel, but this build is guna be slow...
Ill be posting pics soon and making a build thread but i want to get some stuff done and take some pics befor starting the build thread...
